I find very interesting that NOW, the Federal Government is demanding Toyota to recall millions of its vehicles and telling us the potential customers to "stop driving". After all, most of these re-called vehicles are over issues going back as far as 2000 and if you calculate the probability of a failure it computes to almost 0.00000000001 % chance of occurring. That's like almost like the odds of me winning all the state-lotteries on the same day... possible, but not very likely.
I think many of us feel that there is more to the story than we are being told. We know that GM (Government Motors) can't sell cars that compete with Japanese models. Therefore, if you can't BEAT'EM... RECALL'EM!! I myself drive 3 Japanese cars (2 Honda's and 1 Toyota), and I am not worried at all about me or my families safety in these cars and I will continue to drive them no matter what our illustrious (and diabolical) Dept. of Transportation says.
