A legal definition of the word: TAX

I found it laughable that our own president does not know the meaning of the word TAX.  Cornered by his own leftist friend George Stephanapoulus (Thank you George!  You are still considered to be a journalist in my book!) on whether the charge for health-care would be considered as a "tax".  Obama, if you remember, PROMISED the American people that if you make less than 250K, you will not see your taxes go up 1 dime.   Obama felt that Geoge was "stretching" a bit by pulling out a dictionary to make sure they were using the same definition.  Well now, we must first define the word tax.  Apparently Obama must use a different dictionary than the rest of America.  Maybe he uses the "Lawyers Dictionary" which must have a more liberal wording on the wording of tax.
Tax : (verb) -
a word describing money taken from certain parties or individuals for the use of other individuals who shall be determined by the people in political power.   Said money shall only be considered to be a tax if said money is for a specific task or purpose that benefits another minority group and does not go into the general budget of said government and cannot be refunded by any means such as a 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ or ever given back to the person from whom the money was taken (stolen) by a rebate.  Also said money shall not be labeled a tax if the political party leader (head honcho) feels that such a label would be considered back-peddling on past campaign promises.   Also said money shall not be considered a tax if said money has been determined to be for the betterment of society as a whole and may save money over the long haul (10,20, 50 years) as projected by the CBO or other liberal think-tank budget groups that may give a better (lower debt ceiling) number.

Please Mr President, you think we are THAT stupid?  We know when we are being lied to and we know when we are being taxed and when we are not being taxed.  Maybe you need to read the TAXPAYERS definition of the word TAX
Tax : (verb)
A word describing the action by a government to take hard earned money from hard working people for the purposes of:
  1. Wasting money on an infinite number of programs that pander to a variety of special interest groups lobbied heavily by friends of the administration and other political allies\
  2. Giving money to other lazy, slothful people who have no desire to improve their lives and pull their own weight but would rather remain as a burden to the rest of society.
Said money is ALWAYS a tax if said money is taken from ones own business or paycheck out of fear that NOT paying said money to said government will result in death, prison, fines or all of the above.  See also Taxx (as this fits the more common definition of a 4 letter word)
Tax:  (verb) - alternative definition
The process of removing money from MY wallet/paycheck so that I have less to spend and/or save for my childrens education or for my retirement.  Usually accompanied with other 4 letter words as well.  Usage:  "THE F---ING GOVERNMENT  F---ING TAXED ME AGAIN!"
This may be Obama's "read-my-lips" moment for his administration for we are only 8 months into his term and I believe more such "sur-charges" as he would like to have them called that will be called into question again and again.

NOTE:
I think we all now know what the President needs most for Christmas (if he celebrates it).   A DICTIONARY.  We should all mail him the biggest dictionaries available with the page with the definition of TAX tabbed so he can locate it easily for future reference
